2022 Build! This was a fun one! If there is a home that sets trends, it's this one! Starting on the outside, we installed vertical deck boards around the entrance to create a unique curb appeal that draws in the attention of many viewers. In the backyard we have a covered porch area with metal roofing. Inside, we have a modern feel that is pleasing to the eye. Points of interest include the black steel handrail, floor to ceiling wall tile, white oak hardwood floor, 8' tall doors, frameless kitchen cabinets, floating cabinets in the great room and bathrooms, and sleek modern aesthetic through out the house. Plenty of ideas to gather from looking through this home!
